How It Is Done

Preparation of platelet rich plasma:

  • Torso size, fat distribution, and the amount and distribution of breast tissue is observed.
  • Next is to decide the amount of fat to be injected and the location for the placement of the fat injections.
  • Under local anesthesia, an adequate amount of fat is aspirated (belly, thigh) and processed to make micro fat particles.
  • 100 cc of fat is processed to isolate ADSCs.
  • A specially designed injection cannula is used to transfer both ADSCs and micro fat particles to the breasts usually done with two or three tiny puncture incisions.

Regular activities after one week and avoid much physical contact until sore, usually three to four weeks after surgery.

At times, an additional augmentation procedure may be needed for the patient to reach the desired volume.
