- Platelet rich plasma for bringing freshness
- Micronized Fat in place of artificial fillers
The face is the center point of a more youthful appearance. Balanced, fresh and alive, the face tends to be the first item addressed in facial cosmetic appearance.
As part of the natural aging process, the skin and muscles of the lower face and neck lose elasticity, resulting in jowls and a poor neck contour. The deep wrinkles of the skin are most apparent in the forehead, between the eyebrows (glabellas frown lines), at the outer corners of the eyes (“crow’s feet”), and at the junction between the upper lip and cheek (nasolabial folds). If you look closely, finer wrinkles and etching of the skin are seen throughout the face. Often there is a puffiness associated with parts of the aging face, the eyes, the jowls, and of course with many, the double chin
The skin can also age prematurely as a result of prolonged exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun (called extrinsic ageing or photo aging.
SAY NO TO BOTOX ARTIFICAL FILLERS: It is true that now that alternative rejuvenation procedures using your own fat and stem cells from blood restore a more youthful appearance and no need of face lift and fillers. Your own fat offers a safe, unique advantage and creates an entirely new approach without any foreign material being injected into the face.
HOW IT IS DONE
Fat is harvested from the hip, stomach, or other areas of the body where there is sufficient unneeded fat and is re-injected into the brow, cheeks, lips, jaw line, nasolabial folds, and even acne pits, scars, and other areas of the face, and it is used to smooth out deep lines.
It is injected wherever there is loss of volume in the face; it is possible, with the new fat
Transplant procedure, to augment the sagging, hollow appearance
Many a time’s only platelet rich plasma (growth factors and stem cells of blood) is sufficient to rejuvenate the skin in young age group
Forehead: Intradermal injections
Upper eyelid: Sub dermal injections
Lower eyelid: Sub dermal
Cheeks: Sub dermal & intradermal injections
Naso-labial folds: Sub dermal & intradermal injections
Lips: Vermillion border injections
Chin: Linear threading

Logical reasons for breast enlargement
Small or sagging breasts is the most common reason for this procedure
- Small breasts may cause you to feel self-conscious about size.
- Saggy breasts may make you feel old.
- You want cleavage.
- Your weight loss caused your breasts to decrease in size.
- Your breasts are different than other women’s.
- The latest fashions just don’t fit right with your small breasts.
- Your small breasts make your hips look larger.
- Your breasts are not same size—they are disproportionate.
- To enhance the body contour of a woman who, for personal reasons, feels that her breast size is too small.
- To correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy.
- To balance a difference in breast size.
- To serve as a reconstructive technique following breast surgery.
Candidate for Breast Augmentation with Fat Transfer
- Fear bad results with breast implants
- Are breast reconstruction candidates, including those who have been treated with radiation
- Have modest enlargement goals (one cup size or less)
- Have mild breast asymmetry
- Are prepared to comply with strict peri-operative care and guidelines
- Want to fill areas of a poorly placed or shifted implant
- A woman who has enough body fat to have the procedure done
- Has normal mammography
The best candidates for breast augmentation are women who are looking for improvement, not perfection. If you’re physically healthy and realistic in your expectations, you may be a good candidate.
Advantages of stem cell assisted fat transfer:
It is Natural
It enhances cleavage and offers an attractive look.
Symmetry is also an advantage with breast fat transfer surgery particularly with narrow breasts
Nipples can have better projection. There is most often well-improved breast symmetry.
No difficulty with future mammography
No risk of rejection by the body of a foreign material
Less downtime after fat transfer breast augmentation surgery
No need to replace the breast implants after several years
HOW IT WORKS
ADSC along with micro Fat grafted into the breast becomes part of the breast cells and therefore is not a foreign object such as an implant, which is made of a somewhat permanent foreign, though inert, material
Although the fat transfer process leads to the loss of some of the fat cells in the injected breast, but presence ADSC s will remain and continue to become part of the breast tissue. In effect, the results of a fat graft are essentially permanent. Investigators have mentioned that perhaps the cell grown of transplanted fat is associated with the stem cells that are part of the fat and that can be sustained in the breast.
These and Micro fat will be grafted into the breasts is, for the most part, permanent
HOW IT IS DONE
- A) PLANNING
Torso size, fat distribution, and the amount and distribution of breast tissue all play a role in the optimal plan to give you the best result. Next is to decide the amount of fat to be injected. Third is the location for the placement of the fat injections.
No one performing fat transfer to the breast will not promise how much of the fat will become permanent. That has to do with each patient having a different body response and makeup.
Some patients who have the breast enhancement fat graft my lose fat and need to have an additional treatment a few months after the fat transfer procedure. To avoid any future treatment during the original surgical breast enlargement, we may overfill the breast to compensate for fat loss. Some of the fat will be absorbed by the body and additional fat injections will need to be performed to maintain the desired full breast appearance.
Under local anaesthesia depending on enlargement needed adequate amount of fat will removed from one area (belly, Thigh) of the body and processed for micro fat particles and adipose derived stromal cells
A specially designed injection needle is used to transfer the fat to the breasts. It’s critical here to use many injections of very small amounts of fat. Big globs of fat won’t survive.
The fat has to be delicately placed like strings of ribbon throughout the muscle so that it can receive a proper amount of blood supply Instead; we step by step add little bits of fat throughout the breasts, slowly sculpting them up to the desired size and shape.
This takes a little longer but improves fat survival and ultimately gives you a better result. All of the fat injections can usually be done through two or three tiny puncture incisions.
There are virtually no breast scars from this procedure
Much of the fat will survive, but a portion of it will be reabsorbed. The surgeon cannot state the exact amount of volume that a patient will achieve. No patient’s breasts are the same. At times, an additional augmentation procedure may be needed for the patient to reach the desired volume
- c) POST PROCEDURE CARE
Most women can return to regular activities after one week, but you will still be cautioned to avoid strenuous activities. Your breasts will probably be sensitive to direct stimulation for two to three weeks, so you should avoid much physical contact. After that, breast contact is fine once your breasts are no longer sore, usually within three to four weeks after surgery

How it is done-
First step is to Evaluate Shape and where the shape can be enhanced
Preparation of platelet rich plasma;
Approximately 60 ml of blood is drawn from vein around elbow
Blood is processed to produce a concentrate rich in growth factors and platelets
Platelets are further activated to release multiple folds of growth factors
This concentrate (max up to 10 ml) is injected after numbing the breast.
The endogenous stem cells become activated to grow new tissue. This new tissue includes new collagen, new fatty tissue (for smoothness), and new blood vessels (for a healthy glow).
It is done as an outpatient procedure and takes less than 2 hours.

The effects of the procedure improve for 2 to 3 months
Lasts for at least 1 to 2 years
It is a fact of our social order that physical appearance has an impact on our self-image and on how others perceive us.
Wherever there is a loss of volume in the buttocks sagging, flat, or hollow-like appearance looks anaesthetic.
It is important to that the butt have a rounded, well-shaped appearance, a more youthful look especially in form-fitting jeans and dresses.
The latest methods of micronized fat with adipose derived stem cells are especially good for buttocks to contour and enhance.
HOW IT IS DONE-
Using a patient’s own fat offers a safe, unique advantage and creates an entirely new approach without the need for any foreign material being injected into the buttocks. The new advances in harvesting, purifying, and injecting have made it a very desirable option in butt enhancement and to overcome some of the signs of aging.
Autologous fat (your own fat) is especially suited for butt contouring even though in some cases the procedure may need to be repeated in order to build up volume and to compensate for a small amount of the fat being absorbed by the body.
Fat is harvested from the hip, stomach, or other areas of the body where there is sufficient unneeded fat, and is then re-injected into the patient’s buttock.
FAT AFTER INJECTION tends to form its own blood supply and the presence of stem cells helps in this neo angiogenesis (new blood supply)
Advantages of Fat Transfer over Traditional Butt Implants
- Long lasting results: Fat cells transferred to the buttocks do not dissipate like fillers. Therefore, there is often no need for a reinjection of fat.
- Cost-effective: There is no limit on the volume. For instance, 1 ml of traditional filler costs the same as 50 ml of fat transferred to the butt.
- There is excellent correction of butt imperfections with fat.
- Fat from one’s own body is safe, so there is no risk of allergic reactions or rejection.

Hair Loss Treatment
Hair loss it is usually an unwanted sign of ageing. When a man or woman experiences hair loss, he or she may consciously or subconsciously feel the effects of lowered self-confidence. Each day your self-image is reflected in the mirror, the disparity can begin to weigh heavily on your mind. For the most part, men and women instinctively have the desire to look good and feel good, and to retain as long as possible a fresh, youthful look.
Though it is less common in women but can have a far greater effect on self-esteem and confidence. It is more widespread than realised.
Hair loss in women can be due to genetic factors; this is called androgenic alopecia (or female pattern hair loss – FPHL). Up to 50% of women will be affected by hair loss due to genetic factors in their lifetime. It is a fact that fifty percent of women will suffer with hair thinning by the age of 50 yrs. Other factors for hair loss are hormonal imbalances or changes, dietary deficiencies, stress, illnesses, hair styling and chemical hair treatments.
Approach to hair restoration means to regrow the hairs in the thinned out or even bald area with permanent hair and also prolong the life of existing hair.
HOW IT WORKS-
This therapy works by activating already existing stem cells on the scalp, stem cell, and by replenishing new stem cells.
Mesenchymal stem cells play a role in the repair and regenesis of the hair follicle papilla
HOW IT IS DONE
A thorough evaluation under magnification of the patient’s hair follicles, density, colour, texture, type, Quality, Calibre (DIAMETER) and existing hairline is essential.
We use activated adipose (fat) derived stem cells. The procedure entails performing a mini-liposuction (around 50 mL of fat tissue) from the lower abdomen or from the belly under local anaesthesia. Mesenchymal stem cells are then extracted from the adipose tissues. These cells along with growth factors are injected into the dermis after cleaning and dermobarsion of scalp.
In some patients only multiple injections of PRP (growth factors and stem cells from blood) will be sufficient so the patient does not need to go for lipoaspiration. Only 20 to 50 ml of blood is taken by a syringe.
Adjuvant: we also advocate proven medical therapies such as minoxidil, DHT blockers, Low Level Laser Light Therapy (LLLT), and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) are also recommended
